A Sunday Morning Meditation

Teach me not to move too quickly, Father.

Nor too slowly. 

Help me not to sleep when I should wake. 

Nor wake when I should sleep. 

Teach me when to be silent,

and when to speak.

When to act, 

and when to be still. 

Amen.
